How to move time forward in Tears of the Kingdom

To pass time in Tears of the Kingdom, interact with any campfire by tapping A, then select morning, noon, or night. You’ll then rest at the campfire, fast-forwarding to the chosen time of day. You’ll find campfires dotted throughout Hyrule, typically out in the wild but also in proximity to towns, villages, and stables. You can also build your own campfire using wood and fire – wood from trees and fire from flint.

Along with campfires, you can also pass time in Tears of the Kingdom by resting at a bed. Beds are usually found in towns and villages, but occasionally in small cabins out in the wilderness. In most cases, you’ll have to pay a small fee to use the bed. You’ll have the option to select how long to sleep and when to wake up, effectively passing time. Sleeping also replenishes your health hearts.
