All Jedi Survivor perk slot locations

Star Wars Jedi Survivor perk slots allow you to equip various perks found throughout the game’s various worlds, in Jedi Chambers, and at Zee’s shop in the Pyloon’s Saloon on Koboh. There are ten perk slots in Jedi Survivor – three starting slots and seven you can unlock – and you’ll need them given that perks can take anywhere from one or three slots.

While a single perk can boost Cal’s combat skills a little, finding and using all ten slots transforms our plucky Jedi into a veritable force to be reckoned with, so they are well worth tracking down. Be sure to pick up all the Jedi Survivor perks as well, and don’t forget to explore all the Jedi Survivor Jedi Chamber locations.

How to unlock Jedi Survivor perk slots

Jedi Survivor perk slots are unlocked by buying them at Zee’s shop at Pyloon’s Saloon in exchange for Datadiscs, from Essences, and for solving puzzles on Jedha and Koboh.

Zee’s Shop, Pyloon’s Saloon, Koboh

Head to the second floor of Pyloon’s Saloon in Rambler’s Reach Outpost on Koboh. To the left of the fish tank, interact with Zee’s shop. There you can buy a Jedi Survivor perk slot for five Datadiscs, which you’ll find throughout Koboh.

Path of Restoration, Jedha

Easier said than done, but making it to the top of the rock face and solving the Path of Restoration puzzle grants a new perk slot.

Path of Persistence, Arid Flats, Jedha

Solving the Path of Persistence puzzle in Jedha leads you to an Essence containing a Jedi Survivor perk slot.

Path of Conviction, Arid Flats, Jedha

Make your way through the Path of Conviction puzzle on Jedha to find another Essence, which gives you an extra perk slot.

Harvest Ridge, Rambler’s Reach, Koboh

Perched on a raised ledge is a red barn. To reach it, you’ll need to go through the door just below. Pull the cable and attach it to the stand just ahead of the door. Head through and into the Moldy Depths. Defeat the enemies, and use the Nekko to jump over the closed gate. Lure the Nekko under the gate as you hold it open. Then double jump off the Nekko to reach the platform above, leading you to the barn. 

Once at the barn, get on a Nekko and double jump to reach the wall run section on the building, break the door using Force push, and head inside. There’s another cable you can pull to raise the large barn door. Pull, then lure in a Nekko by calling it. Use the Nekko to double jump to the platform at the back of the barn, grab the cable again, and attach it to the stand to keep the gate open. Grab another Nekko. From here, you’ll want to detach the cable, move the other Nekko to the lowered platform in front of the door, jump up and attach the cable again, and grapple up to the now-raised platform. From there, ride the Nekko outside and double jump up to the ledge above to find an Essence containing a perk slot.

Derelict Dam, Dredger Gorge, Koboh

Fast travel to the Derelict Dam Meditation Point and head forward over the tar pits towards the Trontoshell. Directly opposite the creature, use the Slam Force ability on the contraption and climb up. Solve the puzzle by clearing the vines and luring a Roller Mine to break the wall. Use BD-1’s Koboh Grinder to remove the vines inside, then wall run to reach the platform above, where you’ll find an Essence containing a perk slot.

Smuggler’s Tunnel, Rambler’s Reach, Koboh

From where you picked up the Harvest Ridge perk slot, climb the tower there, then use the Relter to reach the large grey building in Rambler’s Reach Outpost. Jump down and into the tunnel. Follow it to the end to find an Essence with a perk slot.

To make tracking down all seven perk slots easier, complete all the Jedi Survivor Jedi Chambers to solve the Star Wars Jedi Survivor Alignment Control Center puzzle. Solving the puzzle grants a map upgrade that reveals the location of all Essences, including those that give you perk slots. It’s also helpful for finding the perks themselves, as the upgrade highlights these, too.

Finding all the Jedi Survivor perk slots will unlock the Perk of the Job trophy. With your perks maxed out, you’ll be more than equipped to take on the Jedi Survivor Spawn of Oggdo boss and solve the Jedi Survivor Crypt of Uhrma puzzle.
