The first Yellow Herb in Resident Evil 4 Remake can be found in the farm area. After dealing with the villagers and minotaur miniboss, enter the windmill to raise the gate blocking your progress. The Yellow Herb can be found by circling all the way around the ground floor, past the ladder.

2nd Yellow Herb

Once you enter chapter 2 of Resident Evil 4 Remake, you’ll be able to trade Spinels to the merchant for valuable items. A single Yellow Herb can be purchased for three Spinels.

3rd Yellow Herb

The third Yellow Herb is located inside the first building to the left once entering the valley in chapter 2. As villagers can swarm very quickly, be sure to collect the herb before leaving if you don’t pick it up right away.

4th Yellow Herb

The fourth Yellow Herb is located in a shack near the fish farm and first boat dock in chapter 3, close to the Hexagon Piece Puzzle.

5th Yellow Herb

When exploring the cave system to find the stone heads and unlock the church key in chapter 4, keep an eye out for the Yellow Herb in the Large Cave Shrine.

While progressing through the cave, take the lower path rather than the ladder. The Yellow Herb will be located in an area to the right, where the upper level intersects with a bridge.

6th Yellow Herb

With Ashley by your side, backtrack to the Village Chief’s Manor in chapter 5 and head to the master bedroom. Ashley can kick the ladder down and allow you to enter the attic, where the Yellow Herb can be found.

7th Yellow Herb

The seventh Yellow Herb can be found in the Checkpoint section of Chapter six. Move up to the walkway on the right-hand side, preferably before triggering the chainsaw sisters fight, to locate the herb.

8th Yellow Herb

The 8th herb can be found in the entrance hall of the castle, directly after meeting Ramon Salazar. Once the cultists have been dispatched, open the red cabinet in the furthest right corner of the room to receive the Yellow Herb.
