Where to find Alolan Vulpix in Pokemon Indigo Disk
You can find Alolan Vulpix on the cliff area in the southern part of the Polar Biome, found in the northwestern corner of the Terarium. You can reach this area by using Koraidon or Miraidon depending on your version, and climbing up the cliffs to reach the plateau at the top. Here, you’ll find plenty of Alolan Vulpix, hanging around in groups.
There are also plenty of other powerful Ice-types around here, such as Beartic and Duraludon, and with Alolan Vulpix blending so easily into the background, you might not see any at first, but have a quick wander around and you should find a few no problem.
How to evolve Alolan Vulpix into Alolan Ninetales
Similarly to how you need a Fire Stone to evolve Vulpix into Ninetales, evolving Alolan Vulpix requires using an Ice Stone on it. These can be found all over the Polar Biome, by picking up those sparkly items on the ground. It might take you a couple of minutes to find one, but we’ve found plenty during our playthrough alone, so you shouldn’t struggle too much. Once you have one, simply use it on your Vulpix to evolve it.
