Helzephyr is a dark-type Pal. As with most dark-type Pals, you will only find Helzephyr at night. Thanks to its glowing features, it is actually quite easy to spot at night when you are searching, giving you an advantage. We recommend not building a base near where Helzephyr can spawn. If it happens to use a fire-type move, it can burn any wooden structures you have.

How to catch Helzephyr in Palworld

Just like with other Pals, you can catch Helzephyr by weakening it and then using a Pal Sphere to catch it. Since you will find Helzephyr around levels 20 to 25, we recommend using Mega Spheres or Giga Spheres to capture it.

Helzephyr typically know strong moves like Spirit Flame and Shadow Burst so be on your guard when fighting one. Be sure to bring Pals like Relaxaurus, Chillet, or Dinossom with you as they will have an easier time defeating this Pal.

Helzephyr Strengths and Weaknesses

Helzephyr is a dark-type Pal. This means that it is weak to dragon-type moves and strong against neutral-type Pals. Thanks to this, you can easily damage Helzephyr using dragon-type Pals in battle.

Helzephyr item drops, work suitability, and partner skill

Helzephyr has the chance to drop Venom Glands and Medium Pal Souls. These items are quite useful in the game as Venom Glands can be used to make Poison Arrows and Medium Pal Souls can be used to upgrade your Pals. Tracking down this Pal and catching a large number of them can really help you increase your other Pals’ capabilities.

Work Suitability

Helzephyr is only able to use the Transporting work suitability. This suitability is at level three, making it able to carry a large amount of items at one time with little effort.

Partner Skill

Helzephyr’s partner skill is called Wings of Death and it has the following effect: Wings of Death – Can be ridden as a flying mount. Applies dark damage to the player’s attacks while mounted.
