Luckily, thanks to a Steam community thread, where someone asked the developers this very question, a dev was kind enough to confirm that they will be fully supporting Steam Deck.

Hopefully, the game won’t drain your batter too heavily, because it’s slated to have some powerful graphical technology under the hood. Either way, whether you’re at your desk or on a plane, Lords of the Fallen 2023 will be available anywhere once the game launches.
