In the game, however, House points aren’t exactly an integrated feature so players don’t actually know how it’s awarded. Luckily, we’re here to ease your troubled mind as we’ll be telling you exactly how you can win the House Cup in Hogwarts Legacy.

How to Win the House Cup in Hogwarts Legacy

Your character’s house will automatically win the House Cup at the end of the game through The House Cup mission. This means that the points awarded to you by your professors throughout the course of the game are essentially pointless since the outcome will always be in your House’s favor.

Once you’ve reached this particular quest, all you’ll need to do is raise your character’s level to 34. You can do this through a variety of tasks, such as finding Field Guide pages and Demiguise Statues, clearing out enemy camps, and completing side quests.

While in combat, it’s important that you complete all of the Dueling Feats presented to you during this time as this also grants plenty of XP. If you have access to the Dark Arts Battle Arena, this is also a great way of earning XP since you can keep revisiting it.

After you’ve reached the necessary pre-requisite, you will simply need to head to The Great Hall at the school. You’ll then be able to watch the cutscene of the awarding ceremony, which cements your legacy as one of the all-time greatest students at the school.
