During all the fun and games with the Headless Hunt, Sir Patrick Delaney-Podmore, and Nearly Headless Nick in the Hogsmeade Graveyard as you track down Richard Jackdaw, you’ll pick up a curious treasure map purporting to lead to a treasure. The setup is a little different if you chose the Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, or Slytherin houses during The Sorting Ceremony, but all kick start the Hogwarts Legacy Ghost of Our Love quest.
The map shows that the treasure hunt involves a stone bridge, forest, candles, and what appears to be a ruined archway. But where do you start the Ghost of Our Love treasure hunt in Hogwarts Legacy? How to get the Ghost of our Love Hogwarts Legacy quest
Depending on the house you chose during the Sorting Ceremony, getting the Ghost of Our Love quest requires different steps, including following a specific quest and reaching the right starting location to find the treasure map:

- Hufflepuff – On a chest next to Claire Beaumont’s stall in Upper Hogsfield
Ghost of Our Love treasure location in Hogwarts Legacy
First, fast travel to the Forbidden Forest Floo Flame fast travel point, halfway between Hogwarts and Hogsmeade. If you’ve yet to discover it, follow the main path from Hogwarts heading towards Hogsmeade.
Walk to the bridge (the one on the map) next to the Floo Flame and use the spell Lumos to reveal a set of floating candles. Next, cast Lumos again and follow the candles through the ruined archway leading into the Forbidden Forest. The archway is left down the first path after the bridge.
Cross the bridge into the forest, then follow the candles along the main path leading deeper into the woods. Sometimes, the candles will dart ahead suddenly, but don’t worry, they always remain in sight, and you can easily catch up with them.
After a while, they’ll take a sharp turn left up a dirt bank. Follow them up to discover a table with two chairs, presumably laid out for a secret romantic meeting. To the right of the table is a treasure chest. Loot it to complete the Ghost of Our Love side quest. You’ll also get the Treasure-seeker’s Scarf for your efforts, a scarf reportedly for the consummate adventurer. Conveniently, you’re also not too far from the tomb crypt you’ll need to enter to progress the Jackdaw’s Rest quest.
