To start this new contract mission, you must wait for a call from Vincent. He will give you a call about the cartel’s operations shortly after you log in to the updated game. Vincent will ask you to meet him at Vespucci Police Station. After this call, you will see a large letter ‘V’ on the map where the Vespucci Beach LSPD is to indicate where Vincent is waiting for you.
