Knowing how to save in Granblue Fantasy Relink is a must. It goes without saying that you don’t want to lose your progress, so you’ll want to double check exactly what you’re doing to ensure you don’t lose any progress.

Make sure to have a read of our Granblue Fantasy Relink review. And if you’re wondering what the Granblue Fantasy Relink best party setup is, we have a guide to help you out. With that, let’s go through how to save in Granblue Fantasy Relink, as well as finding out if there is a cross save feature.

Granblue Fantasy Relink how to save: A character running across a flaming area in combat.

First things first, Granblue Fantasy Relink has an autosave feature which will ensure that your game is regularly saved, preventing you from losing any major progress if you quit or your game crashes. However, for those of you wanting to save manually too, there is a way to do it.

While you’re in a town, open up the menu. Head to the ‘System’ option at the bottom, to open up a new menu, where you can click ‘Save’. This will confirm whether or not you want to save your game, as well as giving you an overview of your currently saved file. Click ‘Yes’, and your game will be saved.

You can also save by interacting with Hallowed Grounds. These are glowing, green crystals which can periodically be found across the game. As well as healing your party and replenishing your items, you can also use these to save your game.

While you have three slots for save files, be aware that you cannot save one playthrough across multiple slots. Each save slot can only be used for a specific adventure, meaning you can have three save files for three adventures, but not three save files for different parts of one adventure.

If you were hoping for a cross save feature to be able to play the same save file across multiple platforms, then we have some bad news for you. At the time of writing, there is no cross save feature in the game, and therefore no way to use the same save file across platforms.

That’s it for how to save in Granblue Fantasy Relink. If you’re looking for more guides, check out how to get all Crewmate Cards as well as our Granblue Fantasy Relink difficulty guide too.
