GBF Relink – best Fortitude Crystal (L) farm

The best way to farm Fortitude Crystal (L) in Granblue Fantasy: Relink is to complete the quest Roost and Reign. Any of the quests that put you up against two bosses will give about 27 Fortitude Crystals per run. These all unlock when you reach Maniac difficulty, which means you will need to be very late into the end game. We’ve put this table together to show you the best Fortitude Crystal farm in GBF Relink:

All these quests feature a small section where you clear enemies which then leads to an arena where you fight two bosses at once. You will need a lot of Fortitude Crystal, but realistically you should focus only on the characters you want to build and the rest of the Fortitude Crystal can come naturally.

At this point, these four quests will be your best method to farm Fortitude Crystal (L) for the rest of the game. When we tested this out, we found that Roost and Reign is the easiest quest to clear. Fighting two Griffins isn’t bad, especially if you bring ranged characters like Rackam and Eugen to keep constant DPS on them. Pick the one you can clear faster to increase your efficiency, or alternate between all of them to keep things fresh.

Best Late Game Fortitude Crystal farming

For those of you who are still in Extreme difficulty, you can farm Fortitude Crystal from the Great Goblins of Fire quest. This is an Extreme quest that unlocks as you clear the main story and continue completing Rolan’s jobs. Great Goblins of Fire will net you a large number of Fortitude Crystal from simply beating the quest, but you can earn extra if you complete all three side goals.

When you reach this point in the game, you will need your weapons to catch up and start performing as best they can. To this end, using this quest if you’re stuck in Extreme Quests will help push your weapons over the edge with plenty of Fortitude Crystal to help level all your weapons.

Quests that give Fortitude Shard and Fortitude Crystal

While it’s all well and good farming for Fortitude Crystal in the late game, you will need to make sure you have enough of this material to upgrade your weapons to match the difficulty of quests you’re tackling. To this end, there are some lower-level quests you can complete in order to get a few Fortitude Crystal items of lower rarity. Fortitude Crystal usage

Fortitude Crystal is used in Granblue Fantasy: Relink to level up your weapons. You will need a huge amount of Fortitude Crystal to level your weapons, and then you will need more materials to ascend the weapon to unlock its next rank. Each weapon has a maximum level of 150.

Take your Fortitude Shard or Fortitude Crystal to the Blacksmith and then select the Upgrade Weapons option. Select the weapon you want and choose ‘Level Up Weapon’. In this menu, you add the number of Fortitude Shard or Fortitude Crystal you want to use to enhance the weapon’s level. There are four tiers of Fortitude Crystal as an upgrade material:

• Fortitude Shard
• Fortitude Crystal (S)
• Fortitude Crystal (M)
• Fortitude Crystal (L)

As you might expect, Shards don’t offer a ton of experience to your weapons. The best way to get the most levels is to use a Fortitude Crystal to level your weapons.
