How to redeem Genshin Impact codes on mobile
To redeem codes for Genshin Impact on mobile devices, you will need to visit the official Genshin Impact code redemption page. When you go to this page, there is a prompt to log in at the top right which you should do first if you’re not already signed in.
Once signed in, select the server you want to redeem the code on and it will auto-fill the character nickname field. Copy and paste the codes into the box at the bottom and hit redeem. There will be a popup box telling you if the code redemption was successful or not.

If you want to redeem Genshin Impact codes on PC, the method is exactly the same as when you do it on mobile. Using your laptop or computer, follow this link to the same official Genshin Impact code redemption page and log in using the button in the top right. You can also redeem codes using the in-game menu, but it’s easier to copy and paste them in a web browser.
Once again, select the correct server and then the website will fill in your nickname. Copy and paste the code you have into the box at the bottom and hit redeem. You will see a notification if the code was successful or not.
