Genshin Impact – all 6 Foggy Forest branch locations for Pahsiv and how to use them

The Genshin Impact Foggy Forest branch can be found in Fontaine and we have the locations for you. As you explore Fontaine’s Erinnyes Forest area, you might have come across the quest item. This item should be given to Pahsiv after you finish the Wild Fairy of Erinnyes World Quest.

The Foggy Forest Branches will become available after you complete Pahsiv’s quest, which sees you restore the Weeping Willow area to its former glory. With six to collect, you’ll have to scour the whole map to find the branches.

Foggy Forest Branch location 1

The first Foggy Forest branch is found in the northwest section of Erinnyes Forest. Use the teleport waypoint to the west of Loch Urania and you will be in front of a small pond. Look up to see a small mountain with a time trial challenge on the top. Climb up the mountain and complete the time trial and you will be rewarded with a chest, the first Foggy Forest branch will be in this chest. Foggy Forest Branch location 2

The second Foggy Forest branch location can be reached from the teleport waypoint to the west of the Weeping Willow of the Lake. Teleport there and then turn around to run further west until you come to a small pond with some trees. To get this Foggy Forest Branch, you need to solve the Hydro Lantern puzzle.

First, hit the lantern switch to make the Hydro Lanterns rotate in and out of the water. When two Hydro Lanterns are submerged, hit the switch again to make them stop. Now, pick up the nearby Hydrograna and enhance it by going into the water and placing it into the totem to keep it active. This will trigger the final Hydro Lantern and reward you with the Foggy Forest branch.

Foggy Forest Branch location 3

Teleport to the waypoint that is north of the Foggy Forest Path location. Walk north from the teleport waypoint to find a small pond and a large shining clam. Jump into the water and use an Ousia-aligned character to destroy the totem in the pond to get the Foggy Forest Branch. Alternatively, if you don’t have an Ousia character, you can hit the clam a few times to find an Ousia block to use to destroy the totem.

This Foggy Forest Branch is located on the eastern shore of Erinnyes Forest. From the above location, head to the east and you will find a Treasure Hoarder camp on the beach with a shipwreck. This Foggy Forest Branch is locked behind a gate that requires three keys.

You can find the first key by defeating all the Treasure Hoarders in the camp and grabbing the chest there. The second key is on top of the shipwreck, found in a bird’s nest. The third and final key can be found buried by crates to the south, in the other half of the shipwreck guarded by a Sweet Flower Whopperflower. With all three keys, go to the gate and unlock it to find the Foggy Forest Branch in a chest.

From the above Forest Branch at the shipwreck, head directly north to find a small pool. The pool is initially blocked and you need to solve a puzzle before you can jump in. Walk around to the land above the pool and you should see a Potential Energy Orb and a Xenochromatic Ball Octopus near it. Get the ability from the octopus and push the ball into the pond to break the rocks and clear the way through.

Dive into the water and you can interact with a teleporter that will spit you out in a small underwater section with a shipwreck. On the other side of the teleporter, swim up to enter the ship to find the branch.

Foggy Forest Branch location 6

Teleport to the waypoint east of the Weeping Willow, the one that overlooks the giant tree. Go east from the teleport and past the ruined buildings to come to a small pool that is corrupted by Contaminated Bacterial Mats. Use the nearby octopus ability to clear it out and open the pool. Dive into the pond and use the teleporter at the bottom to find the Hidden Base. Inside the base, you will find the sixth and final Foggy Forest Branch in a chest.

With all six Foggy Forest Branches in hand, teleport to the waypoint to the south of Loch Urania. Go north and over to the other side of the loch and you will find Pahsiv inside a cave. Talk to Pashiv and you can ask them about the Foggy Forest Branches. Hand over all six and you will be rewarded with a chest.
