Charlotte is a great character for several roles, since her abilities all scale off of her ATK stat. This means her healing and DMG go up at the same rate, making her perfect to slot into either of these roles or perform as both of them at once.

Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers

We will say that giving Charlotte Thrilling Tales will only work if you’re using Charlotte to hot-swap to your main DPS, and you should opt for the other weapons instead of it. It isn’t great for Charlotte, since the main stat it gives is HP percent, not ATK.

Best weapons for Charlotte

The best weapon for Charlotte is Kagura’s Verity. This is the weapon you’ll want to use if building Charlotte as a DPS. Thanks to the weapon’s passive effect, Charlotte gets a Crit DMG boost and her Skill deals more damage with the stacking buff.

Flowing Purty

Outside of Kagura’s Verity, there are several options for Charlotte to use when it comes to weapons, from powerful 5-stars to extremely decent 4-star Catalysts. One of the best free-to-play weapons for Charlotte is the Flowing Purity catalyst since it synergises extremely well with how her kit works. Better yet, her healing can remove the Life Link created by the passive effect. We highly recommend Flowing Purity for DPS Charlotte builds since it can be crafted in-game for free and gives you ATK% as the secondary stat.

The Favonius Codex

Thanks to the Energy Recharge granted by the Favonius Codex, Charlotte can get more uptime on her Burst while also helping the party by generating more energy particles thanks to the weapon’s passive effect. Skyward Atlas

Thanks to the Healing Bonus from the set and the Dyed Sea Foam that appears to deal more damage, Charlotte can get the best of both worlds from an ATK-focused healing set.

Charlotte Talent priority

Charlotte’s Talents should be levelled in the following order:

1. Elemental Skill
2. Elemental Burst
3. Normal Attack

If you use Charlotte as a support or healer, you should focus on levelling her Burst first since this is what will make her a better healer. Otherwise, you can’t go wrong with levelling her Skill and Normal Attack, just make sure Normal Attack is prioritised last.

Charlotte Constellations

Charlotte gets some more utility in the shape of more damage and increased healing with her Constellations. With that said, none of them are worth getting to make her any better than she already is. Her most notable Constellation is her C1 and C2 which lets her Burst heal your character without standing in the effect and gives extra damage by using her skill respectively.

C4: A Responsibility to Oversee	When Still Photo: Comprehensive Confirmation hits an opponent marked by Snappy Silhouette or Focused Impression, it will deal 10% more DMG and restore 2 Energy to Charlotte. This restoration can be triggered 5 times every 20s.
C5: A Principle of Conscience	Increases the Level of Framing: Freezing Point Composition by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.
C6: A Summation of Interest	When the active character’s Normal and Charged Attacks hit an opponent marked by Framing: Freezing Point Composition’s Focused Impression, Monsieur Verite will initiate a coordinated attack that deals 180% of Charlotte’s ATK as AoE Cryo DMG and heals your active character within the AoE for 42% of Charlotte’s ATK. This effect can be triggered once every 6s and both DMG and healing dealt in this way will be considered as having been done by Charlotte’s Elemental Burst.
