Despite all its, how to put it, ‘production woes’, the Cybertruck has become somewhat of a cultural mainstay over the past year or two, with every sighting of one in the wild being beheld in awe or viciously mocked depending on your persuasion. Well, not content with inflicting them on our roads, they’re now hitting our screens with the Cybertruck being added to Fortnite.

So if you’re looking to get yourself a Cybertruck in Fortnite, we’ve put together a handy guide to tell you everything you need to know to get your hands on it ASAP. Let’s get into it.

How do you unlock the Cybertruck?

Despite reports elsewhere that the Cybertruck will be available to purchase in Fortnite, it’s actually something that you’ll need to earn yourself. You can get yourself a Cybertruck by completing all nine quests in the Summer Road Trip Quests collection.

These are all fairly easy to complete, only requiring you to earn XP in either Battle Royale or in Creator Made Islands. However, we’ve known that this is the method to earn the Cybertruck thanks to several leaked images showing a list of all the rewards for completing the quests in this collection.

The Cybertruck was initially teased by the Epic Games team with posts on social media featuring tyre tracks and a cropped, spraypainted Cybertruck logo. It was later confirmed with the release of a short video showing Fishstick driving the car himself and if you’re a Cybertruck fanatic (for some reason) then you can net the infamous car in Fortnite now!
