How to get Aspect of the Gods in Fortnite – all locations

Chapter 5 Season 2 of Fortnite has come along with a Greek mythology theme, and one part of that update is the introduction of the Aspects of the Gods. These unique items give you a little boost if you’re carrying them, but do have a drawback in exchange for that.

If you haven’t tried them out for yourself yet, or are wondering how you can get them, we’ve put together this quick guide to tell you exactly what they are, how they work, and how to get each one in your games.

What is an Aspect of the Gods in Fortnite?

If you remember the Society Medallions from last season, these are essentially the same thing, just with a mythological twist. Each Aspect is a medallion that can be collected to give you a specific boost depending on the medal. In exchange, your general location will be revealed to all the players in your game.

There are four Aspects of the Gods in total, each of which corresponds to a specific God. Here is a list of all the Aspects, their respective God, and what they do:

• Aspect of Agility (Cerberus) – Gain three charges of Underworld Dash, a quick movement option
• Aspect of Combat (Ares) – Increases damage dealt with ranged weapons
• Aspect of Siphon (Hades) – Provides a small amount of healing each time you kill an enemy player
• Aspect of Speed (Zeus) – Gives you increased movement speed and jump height while sprinting

Depending on your playstyle, these can be a huge boost and work particularly well with some of the new Avatar Mythics like firebending.

Where to find Aspects of the Gods in Fortnite

In order to get an Aspect of the Gods, you need to find and kill the God that the Aspect you want corresponds to. For example, if you want the increased movement speed that the Aspect of Speed gives you, you need to challenge and kill Zeus in your match.

Every God has a set location on the Fortnite map. In order to challenge them, you need to head to that specific location and interact with a statue of that particular God. This will summon them and begin a boss fight. Take them down, and you’ll be rewarded with their Aspect to use for yourself, as well as a Mythic weapon.

While you’re there, you might even be able to destroy a cabbage cart to complete one of the Water Chakra quests, so you can kill two birds with one stone.

Drop your Aspects

If you want to get rid of an Aspect so players don’t know your location, you can get rid of them them by opening your inventory, selecting them and choosing to drop them.

Here are the locations of each God in Fortnite:

• Cerberus – Grim Gate
• Ares – Brawler’s Battleground
• Hades – The Underworld
• Zeus – Mount Olympus

Once you’ve got your Aspect, you can head out and hopefully win the game, or even take on other Gods to get more Aspects. Just remember, the more Aspects you have in your inventory, the more accurately your location will be displayed to other players, so it might be worth just picking one and forgoing the others.
