Wondering how to find the Fortnite Olympus Chest? We’ve got you covered with all spawn points and everything you need to know. Olympus Chests are brand new in Chapter 5 Season 2. The arrival of the Greek gods has changed the game, and they’ve gone from Greek mythology to reality in the metaverse. The new POIs have really cool items and bosses to fight, but they are also home to special new chests. Here’s where you can get them and what they drop.

Fortnite Olympus Chest locations

On Mount Olympus, there are five Olympus chests available. One is in the throne room of Zeus. The three rooms in line with the pool in front of that room also have a special chest to loot. The final one is after you walk in at the front entrance of the POI and turn to the right.

There is also one on a hill straight back from Zeus’ throne room well behind the POI. Go southwest a bit to find another one, or northwest. There’s one there, too, and if you go almost due west from there, you’ll find an Olympus Chest. If you follow the path out from the entrance, you will find another one at a small landmark building. Take the path back and take the fork to the right to find another.

At Brawler’s Battleground POI, there are four Olympus chests. These are found in the corners of the POI in buildings. Two are found on either side of the main entrance coming south from Mount Olympus. That is every spawn point for the Olympus Chest.

Fortnite Underworld Chest locations

On the other side of the map, the two Greek POIs have plenty of Underworld chests, too. They look the same, but they’re on the non-Olympus side of the Greek map, so they’re referred to as Underworld chests. Thus, you can find them at Grim Gate and The Underworld.

At Grim Gate, home of Cerberus, there are five available special chests. Two are on the bottom corners of the POI on the map, the right-most one is not in the big room on that corner but just beside it. In the dead middle of the POI, another one can be found. Almost directly north of that one is a fourth one. The final one is in the northeast corner of the POI.

There are two right outside the POI. One is to the northwest of the fourth one in the corner and the other is southeast of the entrance to the location.

In The Underworld, where Hades reigns supreme, there are five more Fortnite Underworld Chests. Two of them are in the middle in the main room. There’s another one directly east (about as far east within the POI as you can go) from those. The other two are found at the top and bottom sectors on the right side of the location.

There are a few others sprinkled around. All the way in the northwest corner of the map, you’ll find one by its lonesome. Directly to the west of The Underworld is another. Southwest of that, by the ocean, is a third loose one. Another is found due south of the Underworld POI. The final Underworld Chest in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 is to the east of the yacht. This is every Fortnite Olympus Chest and Underworld Chest location in the game right now.

What are Olympus Chests in Fortnite?

Olympus Chests are new, rare chests in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2. They drop good loot, including Rare or better weapons and one of the new Greek items: The Thunderbolt of Zeus (one of the mythic weapons this season) or Wings of Icarus. If you’re enjoying playing with the new items, these chests are how to get them.

Unfortunately, they’re not all that common. On the map, there are only 33 total. They can only be found in the four Greek POIs and these locations also carry the bosses with their medallions. These locations are not easy to get in and out of, but they’re pretty much exclusively the home to Fortnite Olympus chests, a.k.a. Underworld Chests.

Whether you’re looking for them to get the items or to complete the quest in the Kickstarter Quests for Season 2, these types of chests are really great to find. They’re in the Olympic and Underworld biome on the map, so you can head to either side and have roughly the same chance of getting one from the new locations.

Zach’s Tips

These special Olympus Chests have a 100% spawn rate. The locations I mentioned above will always have a special chest, so get there and be the first to open it! Some of them are safely outside the bustling POI, so there are options for you to find them and quickly open them before being in danger.
