FC 24 Career Mode Hidden Gems

For our list of hidden gems, we are looking for teenagers that have a potential of 85 or higher. They also have current wages lower than £3k per week, and a transfer value of £3m or less. This means that even on a shoestring budget, you should still be able to snap them up.

Jorrel Hato (OVR 68 – POT 87)

Dutch sensation Jorrel Hato is one of the FC 24 Career Mode hidden gems to add to your shortlist. The Ajax youngster boasts 78 Pace and 85 Jumping from the off. Not bad for a 17 year old. A natural centre-back, Hato can also deputise at left back. His technical attributes also make him capable of playing in defensive midfield, so that is another option to consider.

To begin with, we would deploy Hato as part of a back three to ensure he isn’t exposed too early. He will quickly improve, so it won’t be long before he is your standout centre half. His high potential could get even better if you manage him correctly.

Antonio Nusa (OVR 68 – POT 86)

If you are searching for a winger with pace and trickery, look no further than Antonio Nusa. Nusa is a fully fledged Norwegian international already. His record is impressive too having scored and assisted in a friendly against Jordan, and also providing two assists in the UEFA European Qualifiers against Georgia.

Nusa’s 86 Pace (87 Acceleration, 85 Sprint Speed) makes him a threat in FC 24. Throw in 82 Dribbling, 90 Agility, four-star skill moves, and four-star weak foot, and you have yourself a superstar. Be sure to act fast as you won’t be the only club trying to sign the Norwegian wonderkid.

Lennon Miller (OVR – POT )

If you want to unearth a real hidden gem, Lennon Miller is the man. Motherwell’s 16 year old midfielder has an overall rating of 59 to begin with. Don’t let this put you off. While his stats aren’t great now, he has incredible potential and is available for peanuts!

It is worth putting Miller on a development plan to improve either his attacking or defending attributes. This way, he can become a terrific defensive midfielder, or an exciting box to box player. We would opt for the defensive option though, as he can then fill in at RB when required.

Sadly there aren’t any young goalkeepers on this list, but you can still check out the best young goalkeepers in FC 24 Career Mode.
