FC 24 best loan signings in Career Mode

We all want to sign the best players possible in Career Mode, but especially if you’re managing down in the lower leagues, you’re barely going to have the funds to get a couple of signings over the line. But luckily, that’s exactly what the loan market is for, with plenty of talented youngsters in desperate need of some playing time.

We’ve put together a list of the 15 very best loan signings in FC 24. These players are all available to loan right from the first transfer window, and will massively improve any lower league save, and in some cases even teams in leagues like the Championship or 2. Bundesliga.

Depending on the standard of your team, you could easily pick one or two of these players and get a great talent on cheap wages for a season with a couple of good loan deals. Unfortunately, some other great options like Ansu Fati and Paul Wanner are already on loan, so you’ll have to wait until season two to get them onto your team.

Which are the best loan players to sign in Career Mode

Which players you’ll be able to sign will depend on how strong your squad is, as clubs won’t want their players to play below their level, but Arda Güler and Evan Ferguson are the two best choices. These wonderkids are two of the best young players in world football and are already able to compete with many top flight players. 

Güler comes with high dribbling and agility, while Ferguson offers some strength and decent finishing. With high potential they can both improve, too, so if you manage to sign one permanently in the future you’ll have two world class young talents on your hands.

Loans are a bit of a short-term solution to your team building woes, so if you’re still strapped for cash at the end of your first season, you’ll want to dip into the free agent market for some of the best 2024 contract expiry players. Either that or just loan even more players next season – whichever works best for you.
