With no native voice or text chat functions, communication in Elden Ring Nightreign is limited to frantic jumping, pinging, and the inventive use of emotes. The latter is as close as you’ll get to communicating anything other than ‘let’s go to this location’ so is likely to come in handy, if only to celebrate downing one the Nightlord bosses.
While much of the game is explained well in the tutorial, it does skip over the use of this useful communication tool. In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to emote in Elden Ring Nightreign.
