To use attribute points in Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty, head to the Character tab in the Start menu and hover over the attribute you want to spend it on. You’ll then need to press your platform’s corresponding key to acquire it. You will be able to choose from a total of five attributes, namely Body, Reflexes, Intelligence, Technical Ability, and Cool.
