With players ready to return to Night City in their droves, many players are asking how long does it take to beat Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty?

The expansion is set to land in just a few days and of course, we’ve completed the whole thing – check out our Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty review here – so we’re in the perfect position to tell you how long it’ll take to wrap up the Idris Elbra starring incursion. After all, you’ve likely waited long enough for the Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty release time and spent your cash, just how much bang are you getting for your buck?

How long does it take to beat Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty?

Based on our own gameplay, we’d say it takes around 15 hours to finish if you want to blitz through the main story. If however, you take your time and see all the new areas and quests the expansion has to offer, then you’re looking at closer to 20 hours. We’ve based this time on our own experience with the expansion, so your milage may vary – and of course, you can make your experience longer or shorter by making the game easier and tougher by lowering or increasing the difficulty as required.

We will say a couple of other notes though – when you complete the bulk of the expansion content, it’ll drop you back into the main game, where you’re free to continue your playthrough from where you left off. It does however, also give you an option that kicks off a new ending – we won’t go into detail here due to spoilers, but be warned if you want to continue your adventures with V after the expansion is over.
