Will Baldur’s Gate 3 be available on PS5 or PS4?
Baldur’s Gate 3 is coming to Playstation 5 consoles, but won’t be available on PS4. You can always look at playing Baldur’s Gate 3 on Steam or Baldur’s Gate 3 on Xbox consoles like the Xbox Series X if you’re on the previous PlayStation generation though. There are no plans for the game to have platform exclusivity.
Quite recently, changes to the Baldur’s Gate 3 release date were announced. Due to ongoing technical issues, the release for PC and release for PS5 have been split. While PC launch will now come earlier than originally intended, the release date for PS5 has unfortunately drawn the short stick, being pushed back to September 6th. It should still be available on 72-hour early access for players who pre-ordered the deluxe or collector’s editions. This will mean that PlayStation players will need to wait a little longer to dive into the game.
