There are several different collectibles in A Plague Tale: Requiem, among them souvenirs. These memory snippets are scattered across the game’s 17 chapters for you to track down and recall. These provide added color to Amicia and Hugo’s adventure, often harking back to better, simpler times.

With exactly 21 souvenirs to collect, finding them all is no small feat. Much like the Curiosities in the original A Plague Tale, many are hidden away off the beaten track or behind simple but missable puzzles.

A Plague Tale: Requiem – Chapter 2 – Newcomers Souvenirs

Best player 1/21

Head through the market during the Arrival in the town of the Chapter 2 – Newcomers, taking a right down the alley after speaking to the florist. There you’ll find a fair game, which involves knocking down cubes with pots. Play the game to unlock the Best Player souvenir.

Be At Peace 2/21

After making your way through the arena and past the area with the archer guard in the Confrontation in the stands portion of Chapter 2 – Newcomers, you’ll walk through a dormitory with many bodies strewn about. Head up the stairs, sticking to the right. You’ll find a woman still alive lying on a makeshift bed on the floor. Speak with her to unlock the Be At Peace souvenir.

A Plague Tale: Requiem – Chapter 3 – A Burden of Blood Souvenirs

A Grave 3/21

Found during The Gate portion of Chapter 3 – A Burden of Blood. Head through the gate and continue forward to the small farmhouse with the workbench. Head right and you’ll see a locked fenced area. Go to the back and shoot the lock off the gate. Inside, interact with the grave to unlock the A Grave souvenir.

Our Home 4/21

In the depot during The Warehouse portion of Chapter 3 – A Burden of Blood. Head to the ladder leading up to the level above, and look left to see a glowing latch you can shoot with your sling. This lets down a piece of wood you can now walk over to reach a desk. Interact with the map on the desk to unlock the Our Home souvenir.

Silk Treasure 5/21

During the Reach the Order’s boast portion of Chapter 4 – Protector’s Duty, continue forward until you come to the large makeshift gate. Before dropping down to the same level as the gate through the trap door, there’s a small opening to a hidden room at the back.

From the trap door, turn around and the opening is straight ahead. Go through, move the crate then climb up to the area above.

Towards the back, overlooking the gate, is an assortment of colorful silk sheets on the floor. Interact to unlock the Silk treasure souvenir.

A Grain of Sand 6/21

After exiting the Tar Workshop during Chapter 4 – Protector’s Duty continue forward until you need to squeeze through a small opening leading into a building. Don’t go through, instead turn around and shoot the glowing latch to open up a path. Head through, then to the end of the dock. Interact with the prompt to unlock the A Grain of Sand souvenir.

The Stag’s Roar 7/21

After pushing the boat free at the start of Chapter 5 – In our Wake, head up the cliff and look for a path on the right leading to a crate containing supplies. Stand in front of the crate and look left to find a path. Follow the path to unlock The Stag’s Roar souvenir.

Huuuugoooo! 8/21

Cross the construction site during the On The River portion of Chapter 5 – In our Wake. Once you’ve reunited with Lucas, look for a ladder leading up the rock face. Shoot the latch, then climb up to the top. Look out over the river where Lucas is standing. Interact with the prompt to unlock the Huuuugoooo! souvenir.

Imagine You’re Flying! 9/21

Progress through Chapter 6 – Leaving all Behind until you reach the pilgrims camp during A Pilgrim Road. From the entrance stick left until you come to a path between two white tents. Follow the path to find a swing and the Imagine You’re Flying! souvenir.

Which Colour Do You Want? 10/21

Unlocked during the Call of the Rats portion of Chapter 6 – Leaving all Behind. Cross the rat infested building and enter the small room at the end. Climb the ladder then squeeze through the gap to find a secret room full of colorful fabric. Interact with the prompt near Hugo to unlock the Which Colour Do You Want? Souvenir.

A Plague Tale: Requiem – Chapter 7 – Felons Souvenirs

The Survivor 11/21

Found at the start of the More Rats portion Chapter 7 – Felons. After navigating through the rat nest cave you’ll come across a workbench on the beach just before reaching the large shipwreck. Head up to the low cliff just above (there’s a climbable ledge to the right) and interact with the prompt to unlock The Survivor souvenir.

The First Men 12/21

Found during The Combat According to Arnaud portion of Chapter 7 – Felons. Progress through the area where you first gain the ability to instruct Arnaud to attack enemies, until you come to a coffin that needs shifting to pass. Move the coffin then look immediately left. Climb up the ledge and continue to the back of the cave, picking the torch on the wall on the way. You’ll find The First Men souvenir at the end of the cave.

A Plague Tale: Requiem – Chapter 8 – A Sea of Promises Souvenirs

Silent Lucinda 13/21

Found at the market during the Celebration of the Brighter Days part of Chapter 8 – Sea of Promises. From the central market place on the island, take a right down a path to find a courtyard with several animals including goats. Hugo will run off to investigate. Approach the fence in front of the goats and interact with the prompt to unlock the Silent Lucinda souvenir.

Flower Crown 14/21

Found at the market during the Celebration of the Brighter Days portion of Chapter 8 – Sea of Promises. From the central market place on the island, straight ahead up the stairs. Look for a short staircase on your right. Head down to find a game stall where you need to throw pots through crowns made of flowers. Take part to unlock the Flower Crown souvenir.

A Thousand More Years 15/21

Found during the Exploration portion of Chapter 9 – Tales and Revelations. Exit the palace and head down the stairs. Follow the birds until you get to the third one. It’s next to a house and a group of islanders imbibing clothing with the scent of lavender. With the home on your left, continue forward down the path to find an olive tree and the A Thousand More Years souvenir.

Nice Screeching 16/21

Found during the Exploration portion of Chapter 9 – Tales and Revelations. Head to the large stone tower on the left hand side of the chapter’s large open area. If you’re having trouble finding it, head down the stairs at the front of the palace and follow the river left. Once at the tower, head round to the left and shoot through the window to unlock the door. Enter and head up to the top to unlock the Nice Screeching souvenir.

Souvenir – Tramontane 17/21

Found on the path to the Sanctuary during the On The Mountain part of Chapter 9 – Tales and Revelations. After chatting to the goat herder, head up the path on the left until you see a small ruin. Head round to the right and set the patch of dry vegetation on fire, then instruct Hugo to crawl through the gap. Head inside and interact with the goat to unlock the Tramontane souvenir.

A Plague Tale: Requiem – Chapter 10 – Bloodline Souvenirs

A Rag Doll 18/21

Found during The Old Temple portion of Chapter 10 – Bloodline immediately after Hugo unleashes the rats on the slavers and Sophia finds out about the boy’s powers. Enter the ruin ahead of you and head left under the arch to find a crossbow bolt you can fire onto the barricade straight ahead. Pull it off and climb up to find a tree drenched in blood. At the foot of the tree is the A Rag Doll souvenir.

A Plague Tale: Requiem – Chapter 11 – The Cradle of Centuries Souvenirs

The Chateau d’Ombrage 19/21

Found during the Defence System portion of Chapter 11 – The Cradle of Centuries. When you get to the large puzzle involving a set of movable braziers and a sea of rats, reach the rightmost cart. Push it forward, left, and finally right to reach a chest. Next to the chest is a ledge you can drop down to reach the Chateau d’Ombrage. Throw tar onto the fire to clear the path. Interact with the maps on the table to unlock the souvenir.

His Toys 20/21

Found during the Aelia portion of Chapter 11 – The Cradle of Centuries. With the large gate in front of you, look for a door on the left with a red cloth hanging next to it. Instruct Hugo to crawl under the gap to the left of the door. Head inside the room to find the His Toys souvenir on a table.

A Plague Tale: Requiem – Chapter 13 – Nothing Left Souvenirs

A Mess 21/21

Found during the Grief portion of Chapter 13 – Nothing Left. You’ll come to an environmental puzzle to access the upper floor. After moving the cart, return to the newly clear path, continue forward and hop over a low fence. You’ll see another cart on your right. Move it back to reveal an opening leading to a secret room. Crawl in through the gap and interact with the desk to unlock the A Mess souvenir.
