NBA 2K24 Trendsetter Exchange Rewards and How to Claim

A substantial reward for NBA 2K24 players is going to expire this Friday. The Trendsetter Exchange rewards have been in the game for a little while, with some players having already claimed them. These sort of giveaways do not happen all that often, so it’s important to take advantage wherever possible.

These rewards are for both MyTEAM and MyPLAYER/ MyCAREER modes. Here’s what you can get and how to get it. Also, be sure to check out the full list of locker codes.

What’s in NBA 2K24 Trendsetter Exchange?

The NBA 2K24 Trendsetter Exchange is designed to help players get a boost at the beginning of the game. If players logged in before September 30, they would earn the following rewards:

• 6x 10-Game Skill Boosts
• MyTEAM Ruby Option Pack
• 2x 1-Hour Double XP Coins (1x MyCAREER, 1x MyTEAM)

These skill boosts can help players get stronger teammate grades and develop a better legacy early on, whether in the Rec or on the court.

They would also earn 30,000 VC, split into three sections for Season 1, Season 2, and Season 3. At the onset of Season 2, another 10,000 Virtual Currency would be awarded. To claim the first 10,000, you have to log in and collect it before Season 1 ends. This will be highlighted in the “What’s New” carousel (the See You On The Court). Here’s how to do that:

1. Login to NBA 2K24. This has to be from an account that had already logged in by the end of September.
2. Navigate to MyTEAM game mode from the main menu.
3. Click Pack Market from there.
4. Go to Unopened Packs.
5. Open and collect the Trendsetter Reward MyTEAM Exchange Card.
6. Go back to the menu and choose The Exchange.
7. Use the rewards card there and exchange it for the rewards.
8. This will grant you 10,000 VC instantly, and the additional prizes will be given.

The Trendsetter Reward Card is a one-time exchange. There’s really no benefit to waiting to use it in NBA 2K24, which features Los Angeles Lakers icon Kobe Bryant as the cover athlete. The Trendsetter Pack Rewards don’t change, so do it as soon as you get it.

Free VC doesn’t come around very often. Please note that this does not apply to new players. If you missed out on the pack prior to September 30, you cannot reap any of these rewards.

This is true of current gen (Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5) as well as last gen (PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch). All players can get access to these rewards if they had logged in on time.
