1. Clear the cache.
The first issue causing the loading problem could be an overloaded cache. Open up Steam. Go to Steam Settings > Downloads > Clear download cache. Now close Steam and reopen it.

2. Close background apps
Our next ‘hack’ is to make sure there’s nothing unnecessarily clogging up your PC’s processing power.
To clear all background processes, hit Ctrl + Shift + Esc. A pop-up with your Task Manager should open. Hit Processes. Now make sure there are no background processes going on. To do this you need to click on the app in the list, then hit End Task. Now close the pop up and shut down your PC. Then restart your PC.
3. Run the game as an administrator
Our final ‘hack’ is to run the game as an administrator.
Right-Click on the Steam game file. Now hit Properties > Compatibility. If the little box next to Run this programme as an administrator is not checked, then check it now. Hit Apply > OK. Finally, launch the game again.
