2K Games has dropped another new trailer for WWE 2K22 over the weekend with some new footage for the upcoming grappler.

The video was released to coincide with the wrestling company’s Royal Rumble event over the weekend. The latest footage also confirms a number of WWE Superstars who’ll be in this new entry. There’s a mixture of current and classic stars, of course, although it’s not quite a full roster reveal yet.

Assuming everyone in the WWE 2K22 trailer will feature then, names we can expect include the obvious main eventers Sasha Banks, Roman Reigns, Asuka, Brock Lesnar, Seth Rollins. Classic stars The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Undertaker are also in the WWE 2K22 trailer. We spy Becky Lynch, Bayley and Charlotte adding to the numbers on the women’s side. There’s also Alexa Bliss and Rhea Ripley in there too.

Recent and current WWE Champions Big E and Bobby Lashley make an appearance brawling backstage. There’s also Drew McIntyre, Kevin Owens, AJ Styles and Ricochet to tick off, and tag teams The Usos and The New Day. Edge is also in there, as is Sami Zayn, Humberto Carrillo, Sheamus and Damien Priest. Rounding us off, (and in the hope I haven’t missed anyone) is Shinsuke Nakamura, Riddle and of course, current cover star Rey Mysterio.

2K has promised there’ll be more information on the game later this week, so stay tuned for that. That may include a full roster reveal, but if not expect that very soon as the release is pretty close now. WWE 2K22 arrives on March 11 on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
