This is the Police 2 calling on PC and consoles this year

Copper management-’em-up This is the Police 2 is heading to PS4, PC, Xbox One, and Switch later this year, THQ Nordic has announced. 

This time around the action takes place in chilly Sharpwood, where crime and despair are running rampant. Here’s where fresh-faced copper Lily Reed comes in, who has to juggle the responsibility of upholding the law while fending off pressure from her boorish male colleagues (they’re not used to taking orders from a young woman, ya see).

However, Reed’s job becomes more complicated with the arrival of a mysterious chap named Warren Nash, whose intentions for the town remain frustratingly ambiguous. Will he help or hinder Sharpwood’s fortunes? 

Much like its predecessor, This is the Police 2 features a concoction of adventure and management-based gameplay, though it promises a number of ‘unexpected mechanics that will strengthen both the strategic and tactical parts of the game.’ Part and parcel of keeping crime low involves casting an eye on your fellow coppers, each of whom possess their own unique attributes such as strengths, weakness, and predujices.
