Husk, the game which describes itself as, ‘a down-to-Earth survival horror about harm, pain and seeking forgiveness,’ is out today on Steam and you can watch the release trailer, below.
Citing Twin Peaks and Silent Hill as inspirations, Husk sees you take on the role of Matthew Palmer whose just woken up from a train crash in the abandoned town of Shivercliff without his wife or daughter alongside him.Â
Billed as an FPP (first person perspective), the game is said to focus on exploration rather than taking on any of the game’s monsters with brute forceÂ
The most notable thing about Husk is that it focuses on some heavy themes involving domestic violence and alcohol addiction.
Husk is available from today on Steam.
