Sony has just launched a PS5 sale across regions including the UK, Ireland, Germany and India, with deals bringing the PlayStation 5 Standard Console down to £404.99 from £479.99 (in the UK).

The offer is accessible through Amazon and PlayStation, alongside a handful of other retailers across the regions.

However, you have a while until the PS5 sale ends on 7th September later this year. Though, with the console recent history with stock issues – you’re going to be fighting tooth and nail against other consumers trying to get hold of one.

Sony only recently announced that they had recently surpassed 40m sales of the console, with the trajectory only increasing and stock returns to normal consumer demand levels.

The PS5 Slim has recently been the centre of rumours, so perhaps the PS5 sale is a cheeky way to bump sales before they announce their next powerhouse.

After you pick up your new PlayStation – you might be interested in picking up the best TV for PS5 to go alongside it, with the 4K resolution making the most of the best displays on offer.
