Will the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Indigo Disk DLC have a Battle Tower?
No. The Battle Tower is not in the Pokemon Indigo Disk DLC. Instead, the players are able to battle a new version of the Elite Four and Kieran who is the champion of Blueberry Academy.
In the DLC, you will travel to Blueberry Academy, a sister school to Naranja and Uva Academies from the base games. Here, you will face many challenges and be able to participate in single battles and double battles.
During your time on this school trip, you will participate in the BB League and challenge the Blueberry Elite Four. In the preview of the DLC written by Joe Merrick from Serebii, it is confirmed that double battles make a return and that the trainers in the Terrarium are quite difficult.

The Indigo Disk DLC for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet features new moves such as Psychic Noise, Upper Hand, and more. These new moves will help give your Pokemon an edge in battle.
It sounds like there will be a marked change from anything we have experienced so far. With all of this, there was no mention of a new tower making an appearance like it did in Pokemon Sword and Shield.
