Pokemon fans have become fairly certain in recent years that after each new entry in the series, they’re set to get a remake of a classic game utilizing the latest game engine. However, since the release of Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Pokemon Shining Pearl, instead, Pokemon fans were treated to a spin-off title in the form of Pokemon Legends: Arceus.
Since then, fans have been speculating that the upcoming DLC for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet has been giving players clues as to what they can expect next. Following a leak earlier this month from Riddler Khu, a well-regarded source for Pokemon content, they noted that the upcoming DLC titled ‘The Indigo Disk’ would contain a character that is a “big spoiler for the next game”.
Pokemon news account SoulSilverArt speculates that the next game could take place on Unovo. Alongside this, they also believe that Khu’s hints point towards a greater exploration of the legendary dragon trio from Black and White which include Reshiram, Kyurem, and Zekrom. Centro Leaks, a Pokemon leaks reporter also speculated that could be on the same scale as Legends. They said, “I think we should expect a Legends scale game.” While nothing has been confirmed yet fans of the Pokemon series can’t wait to get their hands on the upcoming Scarlet and Violet DLC to learn more.
In other Pokemon news, the Pokemon Go update was indeed too good to be true, so Niantic has reversed it and a New Pokemon was revealed to arrive with Scarlet and Violet Area Zero DLC.
