Palworld was at Summer Game Fest, and Pocketpair used the event to promote their next highly-anticipated update. We were treated to a glorious trailer showcasing a bunch of new pals along with a gorgeous new island to explore. However, fans should know that the upcoming Palworld Sakurajima update is bringing way more than just new pals and an island.

The release date for this new Palworld update is June 27th. Pocketpair has shown their “favourite” new part of the update, and there is plenty for fans to anticipate. One of the key additions is dedicated servers for Xbox, which has been in the works since Microsoft’s announcement of Xbox partnering with Palworld.

While dedicated Xbox servers are great, there’s way more for fans to anticipate. The new pals and fresh island are the biggest additions from a superficial glance, but fans are in for a treat with the arrival of PvP and so much more.

Everything new in the Palworld Sakurajima update

Below is a list of all the new content set to arrive in the Palworld Sakurajima update:

  • New island
  • Tons of new Pals and subspecies
  • Challenge a new raid and hard-mode bosses
  • Plunder an enemy oil rig
  • Expanded building, level cap and more
  • Xbox dedicated servers
  • PvP Arena

All of the above comes courtesy of community manager, Bucky_cm’s, announcement post on Discord. There will be more unspecified content, too, so we’ll just have to wait to see what that includes.
