The sequel to the smashing Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl is finally arriving, with the official release date of Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2. Jump into all your favorite childhood cartoons duking it out with updated graphics, new maps, and the addition of voice acting. There are tons of new features to look forward to as well, including an entire campaign mode to beat.

When does Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 release?

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 will be released on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, for all platforms. You can download from the respective console store and play the game on this date. Retail versions of the game will come to stores on December 1, 2023.

Originally, the game was scheduled to release digitally on November 3, 2023, however was pushed back a few days.

The Nicktoons fighting game will be available for a variety of consoles, including:

• Xbox Series X/S
• Steam

Luckily, there is no stagger between console releases for the game. Each version will be available digitally on November 7, and you can purchase the physical copy for all consoles on December 1. This allows for all players to enjoy the game simultaneously.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 Gameplay

This sequel sees the world of Nickelodeon All-Stars Brawl rebuilt and reimagined from the ground up, with more refined fighting styles, updated graphics, audio, animations, and more. You’ll get to play in the classic fighting game style where players duke it out on various stages, as well as new minigames like Pinch the Blimps, Whack-a-Bot, and Irken Armada Bootcamp Survival. An entire single-player story mode is also available.

Also coming to the game is the new move type, Supers, which are the final smashes of All-Star Brawl. These finishing moves are available for every playable character in the game and feature amazing visuals and incredible power on the battlefield.

There will be voice acting for each character at launch, a contrast to the first game where voice acting was only added in a free update. Many talented actors take on iconic roles, including the original voices for SpongeBob, Tom Kenny, and Patrick, Bill Fagerbakke.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 Story

As mentioned above, there is an entire single-player campaign mode to fight through. Evil half-ghost Vlad Plasmius from Danny Phantom is taking characters from different universes, and it’s up to you to stop him. Guided by Clockwork, another ghostly character from Danny Phantom, you’ll battle your way through various maps to finally reach Vlad and defeat him.

The campaign features roguelike gameplay (similar to the Subspace Emissary from SSBB) and various bosses to take on. You’ll get to try out the entire roster as each stage is assigned to a fighter and unlock more fighters as you progress through.

The announcement trailer for Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 was first revealed back in July of 2023, which not only showed off the updated graphics, fighting styles, and more but also featured the announcement of fighters like Squidward and Jimmy Neutron.

Since the announcement, GameMill Entertainment has posted several character spotlights for new additions to the roster. They’ve also since released a campaign trailer, which shows off the single-player story mode.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 Price

The game retails for $49.99 for all consoles for the base version of the game. There are two more versions of the game available for purchase, as well as the Season Pass available. The Deluxe Version of the game retails for $69.99, which includes the base game and the Season Pass. The Ultimate Version includes the Deluxe Version of the game, as well as one exclusive costume for each character, and retails for $79.99.

If you want to purchase the Season Pass individually, it retails for $24.99.
