The First Descendant is currently struggling with the long gap between now and Season 3 in August. However, fans have new content to look forward to in July. There will be the opportunity to experience the Season 3 hover bike early, and Nexon is also releasing a new batch of swimsuit skins. Nexon has shown off more of the new swimsuit skins coming to The First Descendant soon, and they have also revealed rewards for the upcoming TFD one-year anniversary event.
Nexon show off new The First Descendant swimsuit skins and upcoming free rewards
New swimsuit skins are coming to The First Descendant on July 3rd. Nexon previously revealed there will be a slew of new beach attires accompanied by a new swimming pool area for players to frolic about and play splish-splash.
To hype the new swimsuit skins coming soon, Nexon showed off two of them in motion. As you can imagine, a lot of the replies were very amusing, with one user joking, “The Thirst Ascendant strikes again”.
Before these new skins come out, Nexon will be conducting a one-year anniversary livestream. This is scheduled for 7PM PT and 10PM ET on July 1st, as well as 3AM BST on July 2nd.
The livestream will be available to watch on YouTube, and Nexon has revealed tiered rewards for reaching viewerships of 5K, 10K, and 15K. These rewards include gold, XP boosts, stickers, and more. Presumably, based on viewership for livestream, rewards will be sent to the in-game mailbox of every TFD player shortly after.
In addition to these rewards, don’t forget to pre-register to get more freebies when Season 3 arrives. It’s looking very unlikely players will reach the goal for a free Ultimate Descendant as there is a lot of work needed from the community.
