All The First Descendant fans can try out Season 3 early, including the wicked new “hover bike”

The First Descendant appeared at Summer Game Fest as announced by Nexon, and the developer confirmed that the release date for Season 3 is August 7th. This is disappointing for a lot of players as it’s a much longer wait than expected. While the wait between now and the release date is unfortunately long, some good news is that all The First Descendant fans will be able try out Season 3 early, including the wicked new “hover bike”.

How to play The First Descendant Season 3 early

While TFD fans have to wait until August 7th for the next chapter to fully launch, Nexon has announced that The First Descendant fans will be able to “briefly experience some of the Season 3 content” early on July 24th.

This will come courtesy of a demo. Per Nexon, in this demo, fans will be able to preview the “new Field ‘Axion,’ the Legion of Breach and Mutants, new Missions, Wall Crasher Battle preview, the Hover Bike, and Season 3 cutscenes”.

There’s no mention of how long the demo will last, but Nexon hopes it “will provide an opportunity for you to experience the new content and atmosphere in advance”.

In addition to this demo, July will celebrate the game’s first anniversary. On July 2nd, there will be a “special showcase,” and this will “introduce more information and content about Season 3, as well as a roadmap for the future”. Next month will also include a “wide variety of events celebrating the 1st Anniversary,” and players will be able to retrieve special and unique rewards, although nothing has been specified as of writing.
