It is an exciting time to be a Fortnite fan as we head toward the end of 2024. The core Battle Royale mode is in full swing with Chapter 5 Season 4, bringing a fresh Marvel season before the game heads back to Chapter 2 with the upcoming Fortnite OG season, this will come shortly before the game will jump to Chapter 6. Elsewhere in the Fortnite ecosystem, Fall Guys has come to Creative with many fun maps being made by the community. And as always, Fortnite Festival is continuing to improve with new features and new weekly Jam Tracks.

New Fortnite Festival songs are released in the game on the Thursday night Item Shop rotation at 8 pm ET/1 am BST. All of the tracks will be available to play on day one for free and then over the next week they will be cycled in and out of the rotation before joining the regular rotation. Each Jam Track will be available to purchase from the Fortnite Item Shop for 500 V-Bucks each.

Here are the new Fortnite Festival Jam Tracks that will be coming to the game this week:

  • Dram Ft. Lil Yachty – Broccoli
  • Linkin Park – In The End
  • Maroon 5 – Maps
  • Quavo w/ Lenny Kravitz – Fly
  • Shakira – Whenever, Wherever

The standout track this week has to be Linkin Park’s In The End from their 2001 album Hybrid Theory. The song has become the band’s most popular track, racking up a staggering 2.2 billion streams on Spotify. This comes just hours before the band is set to make an announcement, which should take place shortly after 2 pm ET/7 pm BST according to a countdown timer being streamed on the band’s YouTube channel. There has been a lot of anticipation in recent years for the band to get back together following the passing of lead singer Chester Bennington.

Whether this announcement leads to a new singer or is for a collaboration or new album release, many fans of the band will be flocking to Fortnite Festival to jam along to In The End on Thursday. Also on the list, Shakira’s Whenever Wherever will be a fun track to play along to. It is not the most exciting list this week, but with five-seven tracks being released every week, not every new addition can be a home run.

If you’re a fan of Fortnite Festival there is a lot going on right now, with Epic Games recently holding a Karol G event similar to what we saw with Metallica last season. Looking to the future, it has been leaked that Snoop Dogg will be the featured artist next season to wrap up 2024, followed by K-Pop group NewJeans in January 2025.
