David is a gaming news writer here at VideoGamer His favorite franchises include Resident Evil and Final Fantasy. Despite being a gaming boomer, he still enjoys cranking 90s in Fortnite.

In addition to writing about video games, he also blogs about social media and content creation and regularly creates video content on YouTube and TikTok. He is also a musician, playing in various bands and had his music played on BBC Radio in 2017. Experience: When David was a child, one of his dreams was to write for Games Master magazine. He never pursued his dream of becoming a writer until he was 29 years old after becoming obsessed with music as a teenager. Then, one day, he decided "I want to write about video games" and began volunteering for small websites such as Gamezo to gain experience and build a portfolio before writing for more established publications. He also started his own blog called The Click in 2021 which saw moderate success and served as a strong learning experience as part of his journey in gaming media. Education: David has a BA in Music Production and Sound Engineering from Point Blank Music School and an MA in Songwriting from Bath Spa University.
