The monster killing simulation in which you must build weapons and cook your dinner is making its way to the PSP. Monster Hunter Freedom extends on Monster Hunter and Monster Hunter G, with the addition of new missions, features and other new content. Your village hub has been given a lick of paint and now features an enhanced item shop, house area, and farm. Missions have been tweaked and optimized for solo play, but the game also features multiplayer missions for up to four players via ad hoc mode. A new Treasure Hunter co-op mode is also included.

Monster Hunter Freedom is scheduled for a North American release in the first quarter of 2006, with no word on a European version at this time.
