Hogwarts Legacy is a single-player experience and will not have multiplayer or co-op modes available. Based on the game’s FAQ page, it also doesn’t seem like online functionality is going to be included in the game at any point in the future.

The character you create will also be able to attend various classes during their stay at the famed magical academy. During these classes, players will also be able to learn spells, create potions, and grow magical plants among other activities.
