Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 brings Medallions back! The Medallions were first added in the first season of the current chapter, with a couple of bosses dropping them. The first version of the item granted shield regeneration, but Epic Games changed a few things in Season 2, making Medallions more unique. This will be the case in the new season, as each item has its own unique ability.

You can get infinite ammo with Fortnite Season 3 Medallions
As the new Fortnite trailer shows, Season 3 will have three new bosses on the island. The Olympian bosses will be removed from the game, which also means that you won’t be able to get their Aspects. However, new Medallions are fantastic, and picking them up will be a real game-changer.
Megalo Don, Ringmaster Scarr, and The Machinist are three new hostile NPCs that drop amazing loot. Not only do they drop valuable items and Medallions, but these Fortnite bosses also have their cars with infinite Nitro.
These are the benefits you will receive from Medallions in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3:
- The Machinist’s Medallion will regenerate your Shield over time!
- Ringmaster Scarr’s Medallion will give you infinite ammo and a small damage buff!
