Figuring out the worth of your Fortnite account can be tricky. Epic Games has released many exclusive skins, including ones in the Battle Pass, and some items could now cost hundreds or thousands of dollars. On the other hand, cosmetic items that come to the Item Shop aren’t worth much and barely increase the value of your Fortnite account. In this guide, we will reveal a calculation method you can use to get the value of your precious cosmetics. However, please keep in mind that trading accounts is against Fortnite’s terms of service. If you attempt to trade your account you may receive a lifetime ban. Nevertheless, many want to know the value of their account. Here’s how to do just that.

How to find my Fortnite account worth

To check the value of your Fortnite account, you can use fortnite.gg. This website offers a variety of tools, including the Locker function you can use to figure out the value of your accounts. This method is much slower than using Discord bot, but it’s much safer and you don’t need to share your Fortnite account with anyone.

Fortnite account value calculator

To find out the worth of your Fortnite account, here are the steps you need to take for the calculator:

  • Open fortnite.gg in your browser
  • Sign up for a free account, or log in if you already have one
  • Go to the Cosmetics items in the main menu, ranging from outfits to emotes
  • Add all the items you own to your locker
  • Go to My Locker, located under the Cosmetics menu to check their combined worth

Additionally, you can also add items to your Wishlist. Either way, this is the best estimation of what your account’s value may be. It doesn’t ultimately matter since selling them isn’t an exact science and how does one even translate V-Bucks and rarity into a dollar value, but nevertheless. Once you add all the items you have, the locker page will show you the value of your Fortnite account in V-Bucks, the premium in-game currency.

You can then use the conversion rate of $8.99 per 1,000 V-Bucks to check your account’s value in US Dollars.

The website will automatically save your locker, so you can update it with every purchase you make. While skins are very valuable, make sure to also add pickaxes, gliders, emotes, and other cosmetics. This is also a great way to have access to your entire locker and rare items without having to launch Fortnite.

A big problem with every Fortnite account value calculator is that it only shows the value of cosmetics according to their rarity and price in the Item Shop. Due to this, if you have a rare skin, like Renegade Raider, it will only be worth 1,200 V-Bucks. In reality, this is one of the rarest Fortnite skins and is worth a lot more. Battle Pass skins are also worth a lot more than the calculator shows, as well as many other exclusive items that were available for a limited time. If you play Fortnite and have many exclusive and rare in-game items, feel free to manually adjust the value of your account. On the other hand, many free skins aren’t obtainable any more, so their value is certainly different than the one shown.

Can you sell your Fortnite account?

You can sell your Fortnite account online on websites like PlayerAuctions. However, you need to keep in mind that buying and selling Fortnite accounts is against Epic Games’ terms. Due to this, your account may get a permanent ban. As such, we do not recommend doing this at all.
