Xbox Game Pass is getting a massive upgrade next month, an upgrade that will include Fortnite Crew. Unfortunately, this comes at a price. Microsoft will increase the price of the monthly subscription to up to $29.99 per month. While this price brings many benefits, it is simply too high.
Fortnite players may be in a small group of gamers who could benefit from the new pricing model. The Crew subscription, which costs $12.99, will be included in the Game Pass starting November 18.
Fortnite Crew will be included in the Xbox Game Pass
At the moment, Fortnite Crew costs $12.99 and brings lots of benefits. Each month, subscribers receive a pack of cosmetic items, including a skin. On their billing date, subscribers also get 1000 V-Bucks, and they receive access to every seasonal pass as long as their subscription is active. This is certainly one of the best deals in Fortnite, and adding it to the Xbox Game Pass is not a bad idea.
Fortnite players who already subscribe to the Xbox Game Pass will get an additional benefit starting this month. The Crew subscription will be included in the most expensive package, which costs $29.99.
While the cost of the Ultimate package is high, it does come with access to more than 400 games. All of these are playable on PC, console, and through Xbox Cloud Gaming. In addition, this subscription includes access to Ubisoft+ Classics and EA Play.
Fortnite players who already use both Crew and Xbox Game Pass can get all the in-game benefits for one price. Right now, both subscriptions cost approximately $33. However, starting on November 18, the combined subscription will cost $30, giving Fortnite players a slightly better deal, yet with more benefits.
