Codemasters and EA have detailed some of the features for the upcoming F1 2021 which will mark the series’ first instalment on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5.

In pole position is the new Braking Point story mode, which will see players rising from the ranks of F2 and joining one of five 2021 FIA Formula One World Championship teams. Promising both on-track and off-track drama, you’ll be forging friendships and rivalries along the way including F1 2019 antagonist, Devon Butler.

F1 2021 also features a two-player Career mode where you’ll be able to team with or race against friends in synchronous sessions. For the series’ next-gen debut, enhancements include an improved damage model and faster loading times on the new consoles.
