Techland has released Chapter 1 of its free story DLC for open-city zombie game, Dying Light 2 Stay Human.
The title of the new content is called In The Footsteps of a Nightrunner and introduces Harper. He’s one of the legendary original Nightrunners faction we heard about during the game’s main campaign. Scattered to the wind, they’ve got some business that needs wrapping up. And who better than you?
As well as Harper, the DLC includes a bunch of other tweaks and changes. These include a new Rank System, complete with unlockable rewards. There’s also Daily and Weekly bounties to take on, 2 new currencies, and a brand new Photo Mode. There’s also a new Chapter Mission, an extra hard challenge that require a special Chapter Ticket to take part.
And yes, there’s two new enemies to contend with thanks to the update. Both mutated, they’ll keep veteran runners on their toes as they tussle with the Volatile Tyrant and the Volatile Hive.
