Dying Light 2 Stay Human promises next Dying 2 Know episode during Gamescom

Developer Techland has confirmed the date for its next info drop on Dying Light 2 Stay Human, with a new Dying 2 Know episode scheduled for Gamescom.

The announcement also included a brief tease on what we can expect in the broadcast. Specifically, the game’s lead designer Tymon Smektala and his team will go into detail about the latest game’s parkour system. The traversal method was a hallmark of the first game and its expansions, and we’ll find out how the system has evolved in the sequel.

We’re also promised a deep dive into the game’s weapons. An “impressive arsenal of deadly tools” will feature, and the episode will reveal the inspirations behind some of these weapons. We’ll also get a peek at the game’s faction system, moulding the social makeup of the human survivors of the game’s City setting.

The third Dying 2 Know broadcast drops alongside a new gameplay trailer for Dying Light 2 Stay Human at Gamescom on August 26 at 8pm UK time. You can check out a trailer for the episode down below. Previous episodes revealed the release date, and another dove into the Viral zombies.

Dying Light 2 Stay Human, meanwhile, launches on December 7 on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and PC.
