No, there will not be a morality system in the game, which means players will be free to use Unforgivable Curses as much as they want. You will need to keep in mind, however, that there’ll be a handful of missions and side quests throughout which will determine the outcome of the story.

This means that your actions outside of these quests largely won’t matter since the individuals within will see you the same either way. Still, we wouldn’t recommend using the Avada Kedavra curse on any random person or creature just for kicks.
Most of the important, plot-influencing missions will most likely come from the companions that you meet during your time at the school. This includes Sebastian Sallow from Slytherin, Amit Thakkar from Ravenclaw, Natasi Onai from Gryffindor, and Poppy Sweeting from Hufflepuff.
