A banned item in Diablo 4 has been unleashed upon the release of new expansion Vessel of Hatred. Following the release of the new 2.0.3 update, which heavily improved rewards for the expansion’s unique areas, Blizzard has also released the Shroud of False Death from the banned items list.

Diablo 4 unbans Shroud of False Death

As players were playing through the Vessel of Hatred PTR server, finding ways to deal infinite damage and rapidly hitting max level, the Shroud of False Death was quickly found to be way too powerful. Nevertheless, Blizzard has released the item from its virtual jail, and it’s still insanely powerful.

As a chest piece that can be added to all classes, the Diablo 4 mythic is one of the most powerful items for those looking to craft their best build. Due to the item’s ability to grant an extra level to every passive in the game, the equipment can quickly stack with builds to push damage, movement and other stats above their max level.

The equipment also has other benefits that can help you to create a powerful warrior. If you spend two seconds without attacking, you’ll gain Stealth and a 40% movement speed buff. If you’re already boosting your movement via the item’s passive boost, you’ll quickly become one of the fastest fighters around.

Getting the item isn’t easy

As a Mythic Unique, the Shroud of False Death isn’t an easy feat in Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred. The item can be farmed from fighting Tormented Bosses with a drop chance of 1.5%, even with the recently boosted rewards output.

However, crafting the item is a little easier. Well, at least you know what you need. By heading to The Jeweler, you can quickly nab the item by spending 2 Resplendent Sparks, 6 Bacs, 6 Krys and 6 Moni. With more content planned for the game, you’ll be able to slice through pretty much everything you need to.
