If you’re one of the unlucky few affected by an issue with the Of Lambs and Wolves quest in Diablo 4, be aware there’s a known bug. Some players simply can’t find the house you need to visit, while others players don’t get a waypoint to interact with the door. Here’s everything you need to know to complete the Of Lambs and Wolves quest in Diablo 4.
Of Lambs and Wolves fix
To fix the bug with the quest, try one of
- Log out of your session and reload into the game
- Close Diablo 4 and log back in
- Teleport back to town by using the town portal button
- Join a friend’s world
The issue with the quest largely seems to be a phasing issue. If you don’t get a waypoint indicating where to go to find Lorcan’s house, then you’ve likely encountered the bug. Logging out and closing the game seems to work for some players, while teleporting back to town seems to fix it for others. One of these methods should work.
If you don’t have the bug, then you can find the house you need to enter towards the bottom left side of the area you need to search. The door is to the left of the health pool in the large field. Simply approach the door and the quest should update to let you in.
Enter the house and speak to Lorcan to learn more about the new feature, the Mother’s Gifts that you need to farm for seasonal reputation. You can farm any content that involves an elite or a boss. Elites give you reputation, while bosses tend to drop significantly more. It’s perfect for players spamming dungeons and Helltides to level through to 50 to get the reputation they need to continue the seasonal quest line and unlock some handy rewards.
