If you’ve always wanted to try out Blizzard’s latest ARPG installment without having to purchase the game, you can finally do so now that the Diablo 4 free trial start date on Steam has kicked off. The limited-time promo will enable you to access all the content the developers have introduced to the game so far.

This includes the new Paragon board Reset button that the Diablo 4 Season 2 patch v1.2.1 added. Despite this latest event merely being a free trial, there will be no limitations to the content you can access, which means, with a bit of grinding, you can reach the Diablo 4 max level cap, especially with the Diablo 4 Mother’s Blessing bonus XP event ongoing. The Diablo 4 free trial start date began on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 6 PM GMT for PC through the Steam platform. Unlike the previous Battle.net free trial, this event will not have any content limitation, which means you can access all of the areas and content available within Sanctuary.

However, if your adventure gets cut short once the free trial ends, you will naturally have to purchase it to continue the grind. Fortunately, Diablo 4 Global Community Development Director Adam Fletcher revealed that the game is currently available for 40% off on Steam as part of the Steam Autumn Sale, meaning you won’t have to pay full price if you buy it.

The Diablo 4 free trial on Steam will end on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 6 PM GMT. This means you’ll have almost one week to burn through all of the content Blizzard has introduced to the game so far. So make sure to grind out as much as you can because the good times will eventually come to an end – unless you buy the full game, that is.
